Flows, fusions and hybridizations were at the core of the 13th edition of the festival, which presented a vast selection of artistic experimentation in media such as CD-ROMs and the internet, as well as video programs with works selected by some of the most prominent curators in the world. The bilingual catalog features content about the participating works and artists, texts by Arlindo Machado (Brazil), Claudia Giannetti (Spain), Dodo Santorineos (Greece), Gabriel Soucheyre (France), Hank Bull (Canada), José Carlos Mariátegui (Peru) , Lynne Cooke (United States), Michael Mazière (England), Paul Willemsen (Belgium), Paulo Leminski (Brazil), Pierre Bongiovanni (France), Priamo Lozada (Mexico), in addition to essays on the artists Gary Hill and Rafael França.
