Exhibition debates on identity and coexistence
The Social States exhibition, with sculptures and installations by artists-in-residence Batista Coelho (India) and Nadia Kaabi-Linke (Tunisia), will be on display at the Delfina Foundation, a partner of Rede Videobrasil de Residências [Videobrasil Residencies Network], up until May 20. Over the twelve weeks of residency, they were encouraged to delve deeply into the urban and human landscape of the Wandsworth neighborhood, investigating the communication forms of individual and historical experiences of social conflict. Founded in 2007 and based in London, the Delfina Foundation focuses its activities on projects and partnerships that promote sociocultural interaction, using the artistic production to foster a culture of tolerance.
