The performance tells the tale of creaturereporter lived by artist Marcelo Tas, whose hallmark was to embarrass politicians with questions that no news programme would dare make on Brazilian open television in the 1980s. The country’s political situation at the time when Varela made his appearances (1983-1984) is explained with images and talks, featuring excerpts of anthological interviews. The work was produced by Associação Cultural Videobrasil.
