Like a contemplative stroll, in Concerto para Clorofila the camera follows the different shapes colors of a garden. It lingers over different types of flowers and foliage; notices the sunlight through tree tops, its reflexes on the water and the formal analogies that plays of light and shadow create in the space. The camera hovers around; its form of capture is similar to a curious fascination, at times recalling a child’s view of a newly-discovered world, at others referring to the subjective perspective of an insect or bird, flying as if in search of something. Delicate, the soundtrack is composed by O Grivo, and is performed by the artist himself, in a sort of musical unfolding of the mise-en-scène in the video.
