As part of the project Queer Archives Institute (QAI), in which Radziszewski researches queer memory in peripheral regions through collection of items and pieces of information, the artist records his meeting with Laerte, renowned Brazilian cartoonist who came out as transgender in 2009. Throughout the interview, Laerte talks about the long process of his coming out and his current role as activist for transsexual visibility. He tackles issues, such as how difficult it is for both the traditional left and the right wings to address homosexuality, the lack of unity in the LGBT movement, how the Brazilian transgender people are treated differently and how important it is to know their stories.
